Our Last Days in Seattle

On some of our last days in Seattle, we tried to experience as much as we could and see as many friends as possible before our long travels. Since Yan and Laura had always taken the ferry into the city to see us, we thought it was about time to return the favor. On our way out we were accompanied by the wonderful Coast Guard whom had heavy machine guns by their sides. This is the cities solution to lower terrorist attacks! We also got a great shot of Rainier from the water-it may look like a cloud but oh no-she is enormous. The first shot is the prettiest neighborhood in Seattle-the house boats. This was one of many "water alleys" on that strip. We walked down there one last time to get some pics and some sunset shots of the 99 bridge (I will add some of those in soon).
