Grand Targhee, WY

No...Thank You, Targhee!

Our first trip to Targhee was so...so.....what snowboarding should be!! They have some Sweet Snow. Ben toured us around, which is always great-we never have to look at a map and we get to ride all the sweet nooks. Howie snuggled in the car with down comforters and his fav "ugly doll", while Sky and I rode our Fish's and Ben on the big ol' Triumph! They had gotten like 29" in the last 4 days, but we had no idea that there was going to be so much fresh pow left! It felt so good to not have to hold back or second guess your turns from fear of hitting bottom (like here at the Big Sky). And on our last leg and thankfully our last run they had just finished bombing and opened up Mary. We hiked up a quick ridge to get some super freshies that funneled into a gully and back to home.
